Today’s Digital Engagement Day brought together public servants from across DC government, each of whom play a critical role in the development and execution of effective programmatic strategies with a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Participants ranged from the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority, from the Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) to DC Department of Motor Vehicles to the DC Department of Health and DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency and beyond. These leaders don’t often get to meet each other, let alone collaborate on interagency pursuits and integration of best practices. Today was different and valuable for all. Thank you, Chelsey Christensen for co-hosting this opportunity. Everyone left invigorated to build meaningful connections through every digital customer, constituent and visitor interaction. 📈 Here's JUST one of the many ways we are working with the District - https://okt.to/61GguP #DigitalEngagementDay #Collaboration #Innovation #DCGovernment #BestPractices #TogetherWeThrive #DigitalTransformation #Networking #Leadership

We are delighted to announce that Courtney Bromley is joining Granicus’ leadership ranks as Senior Vice President, U.S. Federal and Strategic Partnerships. Bromley initially came to Granicus earlier this year as an independent board member and is now moving into a key operational role to drive growth in the federal government sector and with our Strategic Partnerships. With her deep experience as a public sector technology leader and her passion for helping governments leverage technology to better meet their mission, Bromley is the perfect fit to lead the team supporting federal agencies with meeting the increasing pressure to deliver high quality customer experiences. “I am especially drawn to Granicus’s mission to help government agencies engage and serve their customers and constituents more effectively. Granicus has a proven track record of improving the delivery of digital citizen services through connected technology, and I am excited to take a more active role in bringing this innovation and expertise to federal agencies and our federal partners,” commented Bromley. Prior to Granicus, Bromley most recently served as CEO, Voyager Labs, Inc., a leader in AI based analytics solutions for government and law enforcement organizations globally. Bromley also spent over three decades with IBM in multiple leadership positions, managing IBM’s cross brand teams selling software, hardware and services in key markets. Her IBM tenure included serving as General Manager for the Government and Education Industry, U.S. Federal and Public Sector markets, a business unit which generated over $1B in revenue for IBM. Throughout her career, Bromley has been recognized as a leading technology executive, including being awarded the FED 100 award and the Institute for Excellence in Sales (IES) Women in Sales Leadership Award. She has also served on multiple boards, including Northern Virginia Technology Council, the American Red Cross, Special Olympics and the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council.
