Sto rientrando da un fantastico weekend di sport, fitness, movimento a Le Grazie di Portovenere (La Spezia) dove ho organizzato un evento DEKA STRONG 💪🏻 10 zone di esercizi funzionali da completare nel più breve tempo possibil, secondo il proprio livello di fitness! La gara DEKA si è svolta all’interno di una due giorni di sport resa possibile da ENDAS Italia in collaborazione con il Comune di Portovenere e il reparto degli Incursori della Marina Militare I giorni di gara sono sempre belli..agli occhi di tutti, da fuori, tutto è sempre perfetto (o quasi) ma comunque fatto bene e funzionante. Ma pochi sanno quanto lavoro c’è dietro anche solo ad una gara di pochi minuti! Giorni, settimane, mesi di lavoro trascorsi con passione a preparare tutto nei minimi dettagli in ogni componente attraverso call, progetti, idee, problemi e soluzioni..
