New figures from the Caravaning Industrie Verband e.V. show that 2024 was the third-best year ever for newly registered caravans and motorhomes in Germany. The data showed: 🔺 96,392 caravans and motorhomes were newly registered (+6.7%) 🔺 Of those, 74,718 were motorhomes (+9.1%) 🔻 And 21,674 were caravans (-1%) 💶 The industry generated more than €15 billion in revenue 🚐 There were 187,219 new registrations of pre-owned vehicles (+5.5%) 🏭 118,641 leisure vehicles were manufactured in Germany (-16.4%) 🗣️ "Despite uncertainties, one important constant remains for our industry: Germans’ enthusiasm for caravanning remains unbroken.
