Trees grow out of the earth and are regenerating naturally. They are also an incredible product to use for building structures. With the advances in mass timber, we can build a lot of buildings using timber. Assuming the building doesn't burn down, the carbon is stored forever. There are cases like this where I am firmly in the make use of nature camp. We need to solve sustainability for concrete and steel, but we could also build a LOT more buildings out of wood/timber.
