The presentation will break down the challenges we encountered in our journey to automate eSourcing of EHR data across Abiomed research sites. Simi Aggarwal PhD, Lead Epidemiologist at  Graticule, recently presented a clinical research at the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) 2024 in Orlando titled: "Prior SARS-CoV-2 in patients with CAR-T negatively impacts overall survival, highlighting the need for targeted prophylaxis strategies." The observational study characterizes real-world outcomes among patients who underwent CAR-T cell therapy, to explore the impact of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) infection prior to CAR-T.  The incidence of adverse effects underscores the importance of COVID prevention among patients with hematologic malignancies that make them candidates for CART-T.  https://lnkd.in/eUufTUms
