Sarah stands for "Smart AI Resource Assistant for Health" and is an avatar that was already tested during the pandemic under a different name (Florence), but is now resurfacing with a new language and technology model and, for now, in eight languages, including Spanish Let's analyze it in detail: - it is immensely invasive, since it forces to give access to camera and microphone, even though it can be used only via text, and the camera is not used for anything - right off the bat there is a disclaimer stating that they are not responsible for any conversational content created by the generative AI nor does it represent or understand the views or beliefs of the WHO It cannot be that someone gives medical recommendations available to patients, if they are not able to ensure the veracity of the information given, and even less if it comes from the WHO, which is a reference in the sector We can already find in the market hospitals such as the Mayo Clinic that are moving towards having bots with #GenAI, in their case with #Gemini from Google, but with a strong focus on offering only validated information #innovation #digitaltransformation #healthcare #healthtech #bots
