Alex joined Graycor in 2019 as a Project Engineer I and, after pursuing the estimating career path, was promoted to Preconstruction Estimator II. In his new role, Alex will be responsible for preparing proposals in conjunction with our client champions for opportunities in the Midwest region. During his time at Graycor, he has lent his expertise to many projects, including retail and entertainment, shopping centers, logistics and distribution/manufacturing. Many of you have witnessed my passion for years in the construction industry.
I am more than ready to build upon what I have been doing for many years now. I am here to partner and serve you! I want to share very early that on April 15th, I take my career to another level as Vice President of Business Development at Baldwin General Contracting!
Baldwin is headquartered in Albany, Or for the last 25 years, but now has offices and teams up in Bellevue, Washington. Baldwin has served customers ranging from the coastal regions, eastern and southern Oregon, and around the Portland area.

Duffy joined Quality Insulation & Roofing in 2016, bringing decades of industry experience to the team. His responsibilities include growing current relationships, prospecting for new customers, doing plan takeoffs, visiting jobsites, and conducting bid negotiations.
Duffy always tries to stay ahead of code changes so he can be a resource for his customers. He frequently attends training and continuing education sessions and stays informed on industry updates. “When my customers think about insulation, I want them to think of me as their ‘Easy Button.’ I want them to know I am always available and willing to help them with their needs and questions. I believe going above and beyond for the customer is a mentality, a way of life, a culture,” he says.
He notes that excellent customer service involves every individual at Quality. “From our trained installers, field supervisors, administrative staff, management, and ownership, we all work as a team to be the best at what we do and that makes the sale easy,” he explains.
Outside of work, you can find Duffy spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
