Introducing Carrie Wright, the Proposal Coordinator at Graywolf. With 27 years of experience in the industry and 22 years of service at Graywolf, Carrie plays a vital role in the Sales, Estimating & PMO processes. Her responsibilities include coordinating pre-qualifications and bid packages, managing Sales HQ, and providing support to the operations group including billings. Carrie is proud of her journey at Graywolf, which began in HR and progressed to her current position. She has achieved many of the goals she set for herself and loves the challenges and opportunities that come her way every day. Her colleagues have become like family to her, and they motivate her. She believes that the history of the company is valuable and encourages newcomers in the industry to keep this in mind. Between her daughter’s competitive dance schedule and her bonus sons’ baseball tournaments, Carrie enjoys her free time relaxing on their farm with her husband, Adam.
