Wow. Three years. Yes, I’m stepping into 4th year with Kroll!! It's been an incredible ride. On this Thanksgiving Day, which also happens to be my work anniversary, I would want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for being a part of this journey and for making it worthwhile. Learnings along my journey: 1. You are the author of your own destiny 2. Doing what you believe in is exhilarating and exhausting at the same time 3. Healthy body + healthy mind = healthy ideas 4. Try not to sweat the small stuff. Everything works out in the end. It really honestly always does. 5. Be willing to listen. You don’t know it all! 6. Your reaction to circumstances and people will make the world of a difference. 7. With every fault you find, find a SOLUTION! 8. Nothing beats hard work! 9. Don’t let mediocrity be associated with your work and you. 10. No task is below you. You learn so much from doing the simplest of things. 11. Be kind to others always. 12. And most importantly, Take your vacation! Everyone needs a break to regroup and refresh. Happy third work anniversary to me! Gratefully, Vinita

Alice Goncharenko and I are celebrating our silver anniversary this month with a trip to Italy. Why would I post about it here? At least three reasons. First, the longer I am married, the more I realize how much of my success and accomplishments in life are owed to the woman I am sharing it with. Second, in pushing the boundaries of human factors, I am absolutely convinced that a strong, committed, and faithful marriage can make one a more focused, loyal, and effective leader, employee, and teammate! Third, I am trying to practice what I preach about the importance of rest, work/life balance, and taking time off to recharge. I talk about it all the time and wanted you to see that I am practicing it too. I'm also hoping that I can lead not only by my words but through example as well. At the end of the day, I just want my life and what I am learning as I go to add value to others. That way we can learn from one another and strive to impact ourselves, our companies, our communities, our nations, and our world for the better! We are happy to celebrate Kaitlin Rebella's second anniversary working with Uncommon Bold! Kaitlin has been absolutely incredible at handling strategic communications and brand execution with our clients. Her work is consistently praised for its quality and her commitment to client satisfaction. We asked Kaitlin a few questions to reflect on her time at Uncommon Bold so far, and these were their responses: (1) What has been your favorite part of working at Uncommon Bold? - The team! I'm so thankful for this group of thoughtful, talented, strategic, and above all - kind - professionals. (2) What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment thus far? - I have been so grateful for the opportunity to help our clients do big, ambitious, important and status quo-busting work. Whether it's breaking new ground in mental health treatments, shifting how people access and benefit from high value health care and social services, or driving health equity, I'm proud of the mission-driven work that prioritizes the social good. (3) What advice would you give yourself one year ago? - Trust the process. Creativity can be messy and slow, but giving space delivers better outcomes.

I help business owners and senior leaders grow and transform their business, and get the business that they want.
This week, me and my wife Rachel celebrated our 19 year wedding anniversary! How she’s put up with me for this long I don’t know🤣 What’s really hit me though is how quick this time has gone. That day 19 years ago where she was an hour late🙈 (I was twitching🤣)… but when we just had the best day and night, that does not feel like 19 years ago!!! Time really does fly by! Time waits for no one. Why am I writing this? Well, because sometimes, when I work with clients and we identify what needs to be changed in the business, the response is I’ll look at that in… [insert month]… which is normally a few months down the line. There is actually no reason why they can’t address it now, except they’re putting it off… and that’s a challenge I often bring to them. Often, when we put things off, months turn into years… because time flies by! Sometimes, there’s never a good time to address and make that change… but it has to be done for the sake of your business, and the sooner the better. So, the challenge is what change do you need to make in your business, that you are putting off?... ... and get in touch if you’d like some accountability, support or help in making it. #timeflies #inspiringbusinessgrowth

I help Leadership Candidates Attract Right Opportunities through Branding,Achievements Discovery & Clear Messaging | Executive Resume, Cover Letter & LinkedIn Branding | 1:1 Support Till You Land it| 350+ Success Stories
It's our 5th wedding anniversary today! 🥳 From the first day Mihir Gireeshan and I met, it was clear that we shared something extraordinary. We've laughed together, cried together, picked each other up during our worst, and run a business together. Navigating our business as two strong-willed Aquarians has been a humbling learning experience. Here's what we learnt: 1. Open communication is key. We don't always see eye-to-eye, but that's actually a good thing! Our different viewpoints spark creative solutions that we might have missed otherwise. 2. We have different strengths. We recognized this early on and assign tasks accordingly. By doing so, we delegate and create a work environment where we both thrive and do what we love. 3. Disagreements? Sure, we have them (every couple does!). But at the end of the day, we both want the same thing: for our business to succeed. This shared vision helps us overcome obstacles and work collaboratively towards our goals. Happy anniversary, love—here's to many more years of making our dreams come true together! 🌟💕

A Thank You Letter to Santa Dear Santa: Christmas 1976 - like me, you remember everything and if you recall, I wanted that darn Barbie Dreamhouse and you brought me the camper instead. My 6 year old self cried because I didn’t get what I wanted. In retrospect though, you gave me exactly what I needed so thank you. Independence & Leadership: Barbie was the one behind the wheel and she was always on the move; she never stopped exploring and growing. Kindness & Inclusion: None of Barbie’s friends were ever left out or left behind. She helped everyone and took them along for the ride. Problem Solving & Adaptability: Barbie’s camping crew had plenty of challenges on their adventures, but always found a way out of a jam. They survived. But wait for it… Innovation: eventually the camper got boring and the little mermaid see wee dolls became a thing so I morphed the camper into a convertible boat. (Someone manufactured that years later and if my parents helped me with the patent, I would likely be retired by now!) Spring 2023 - never too late to file a patent though! I mapped out a process flow and I cried because I knew it would help millions of people and companies and likely the economy. Why did I cry? Because I have a big heart, it’s just how I roll. So now that ~100k people know about our one of a kind offering, and we are closer to launch, our PR team will likely be writing my posts here soon (like me, they will not use AI to write them, thank you) Good luck on your journey this year Santa and thanks for the memories. With a sparkle in my eye and fire in my heart, I smile warmly with humility and gratitude. Love, Me ❤️ *************** “Learn from the past, look forward to the future, but live in the ‘present,’ which is a ‘gift’ and truly all we have” -cm “Wherever you go, there you are. Be proud of your mirror and patent your brand” -cm “Embrace individuality with engaging inclusivity.” -cm “You own your own career, take the wheel!” -cm “In a world full of influencers, be a motivator.” -cm Merry ‘ChrisMassa’ to all and to all a good night. ❤️
