New institute boosts AI research across Switzerland 🤝 ETH Zürich and EPFL have officially launched the Swiss National AI Institute (SNAI), a new research center designed to advance #AI on a national scale. First U.S. patient receives denovoSkin from CUTISS AG 🏥 A four-year-old boy in the USA has become the first patient to receive #denovoSkin transplants from Swiss #biotech company CUTISS. The bio-engineered dermo-epidermal skin was used to treat severe burn scars. 🔬 CUTISS is a spin-off from the University of Zurich and continues to pioneer advancements in skin regeneration with its innovative technology.
