Health, safety and environment are all tied in together and with the approach of World Day for Health and Safety at Work, Fieldway is constantly aware of the impacts each factor can have on another. Since our start in 1999 we have taken every step we can to guarantee our employees’ health and safety at work 👷♂️ . 25 years’ later we are looking into what is necessary, going forward, to support everyone working in this changing climate 🌎 . With our national coverage, Fieldway employees are exposed to the weather conditions of every part of the UK. Flooding 🌊 , heatwaves ☀ , storms 🌧 and blizzarding snow ❄ – we have plans and policies in place to ensure our workers are kept safe and healthy at all times, even with the more extreme conditions predicted for our futures. We care for our workers 🙏 and provide them whatever protections they need to keep their work space safe against all kinds of risks, including those beyond human control. #healthandsafety #climatechange #workerprotection
