How to ruin a Democracy in simple steps ? 1- Allow some organization (AIPAC) to buy crooked politicians (who were democratically elected to serve the people) 2- Jeopardize Freedom of speech (which is the most important pillar of a Democracy) by arresting peaceful protesters. 3- Spread culture of fear amongst Scholars, University Deans and public figures. 4- Use number 3 to prove your loyalty to the organization on the expanse of the public interest (If you shut the elite up, you shut up the rest of the society) 5- Get more and more aggressive towards enemies of the organization. 6- Embroil other state establishments (that were supposed to be independent) in that mess so that loyalty to the organization is above loyalty to the people. 7- Once you do step number 6, you ruin the second most important pillar of Democracy, which is separation of powers. Powers are now in the grip of the organization. Once you follow these steps, Give it a few years and Watch what that Democracy will come to be !
