When the company entered scale-up mode, they asked Dynata to support their newly formed Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) team in order to gain market share in a highly competitive market 📊. The CMI team needed flexible, fast access to high quality data to inform key decisions across the organisation. Working with Dynata they have been able to conduct a wide range of projects in-house – from basic surveys to complex methodologies – and have also commissioned their fully-serviced quarterly seven-country tracking study 🌍💡. 🌱 The Power of Collaboration: ZOHRA – Adding Life to the Days! 🌱 Since November 2022, we’ve been part of a special coalition around healthcare education with partners like Surplus, Transvorm , Thebe, Mijzo, Avans Hogeschool, and Curio. Our shared goal? To learn and grow together, and above all: to add life to the days. Thanks to this strong dream and building strong relationships, we’ve succeeded in reconnecting the sector and working towards a collaborative future. As facilitators, we’ve learned how important it is to work directly on relationships and develop a shared language. This ensures that everyone understands each other, regardless of the differences between organisations. Now, bing in the sustain phase of the coalition proces, we are helping ZOHRA—our innovative learning program in healthcare—become embedded in existing systems. What we’ve learned from this experience: 💭 The importance of a strong vision and a shared dream 🔎 The art of zooming in and out: keep dreaming, but also make those dreams come true 🗣️ The power of language and rhythm: a shared language creates connection The next step? Our goal is for the coalition to continue independently from our   Fronteer colleagues, James Veenhoff, Gittan K., Irheen de Vries, and Nina Touw, making ourselves ‘redundant.’ This might sound strange, but a common consultancy pitfall would be to make ZOHRA dependent on us. We genuinely want to ensure that it stands on its own and continues to drive change. Looking further into the future, the ultimate achievement would be for this concept to be adopted in other regions. This month we are highlighting some of our current coalition projects.
