Customer 15years - customer service hung up in my Face 7 times over my card account getting drained but I called in the first 24hrs . From one rep to the other they don't know anything it's. A new case attitude and bliness all the broken English on the other side could say was they didn't rule in my favor cause they couldn't tell the suspicious activity I knew then they couldn't read past the cover page cause it was reported and cut off being it was reported never should the account been cut back on but. Same thing no one looked .. the could t see the new card on the way case ,,153256801 is all they can read the fax or email of my id. Front and back and all that was the no activity they seen 50 yrs old and these CS . Tell me I'm a lie or I read them the rules hang up I'm for from racist you will find out why I say that but is there not any American talkers there ...Every one is talking about the structure of the country and pro Trump for show until you see all the help . On recording I'm a liar and they can't see thru the front page and not giving me my 3 mins that this was over settled and one not looking in to held up half my tax check that was gone but between me telling them go back to when I called in the card couldn't

This company is the worst institution in the existence of business. Do not ever use this company. It's already had several million dollars in fines required because of the way they do business as well as class action lawsuit. Whatever you do, don't do it here!!!As well, don't bother calling that number they keep listing. They won't do a thing about it. But they will have several script to choose from to tell you why they aren't going anything.

Green dot is not worth it. It's a company that assists thieves to steal from its loyal customers cause a disabled veteran to be left homeless. They don't train their call center people and apparently allow supervisors to not have to speak with customers therefore one can receive 10 different answers to the exact same question. Until this company and the people behind the curtain learn to listen to it's customers and legitimately offer valid solutions I would put my money into a bank that protects it..

I'm having issues I bought a money pack card I can't see the numbers they sent me a text message with a form to fill out but the form won't submit I've been trying this for 3 days my paycheck is on that card my rent money is on that card and I can't speak to know human being please explain it why is there no human people to speak to so they can help me get my money back I've been dealing with Green Dot for many years and I've never had this this is absolutely ridiculous
