#GTLongIsland recently secured the necessary land use and zoning approvals for a new fast-food drive through to be built at 5599 Merrick Road in Massapequa, New York on behalf of client Multibrands Massapequa TIC Real Estate, LLC. The project will repurpose the former Hudson’s Mill restaurant and a new store will be constructed for one of the largest coffee brands in the US and a multinational chain of ice cream shops. GT assisted the client in a more than 2-year process to secure a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval from the Town of Oyster Bay Town Board, as well as variances from the Town of Oyster Bay Zoning Board of Appeals to operate the location 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
