As someone who started at the bench with no concept for what the command line was or how to write code, jumping into the single cell field was daunting. Back then, I found it difficult that I couldn't analyze or even interpret the results of the very experiments that I had run in lab. It turns out, after speaking with many of our customers, this feeling is true among a large part of our community today as well. As the field continues to grow, even more scientists are starting to use single cell sequencing in their research, many of whom are not experts in bioinformatics. We're very excited to have launched Trailmaker, our end-to-end data analysis platform that allows you to go from raw sequencing FASTQ files straight to downstream single cell data interpretation and analysis without the need for a single line of code. We are excited to make the most exciting part of single cell sequencing - the data - more accessible to everyone in the field. You can also share your projects in Trailmaker with your collaborators, to allow really anyone you want to take a deeper dive into the data you've generated. If you don't have any of your own data yet, you can also browse datasets that have been preloaded into the platform, or upload other publicly available datasets.
