Our data shows that there is often a gap between knowledge and practice in doing the everyday work of building justice organizations. Across all of our partnerships, we have found that the majority of our partners express some understanding of terms like othering, belonging, and racial justice, but they also express the need for more opportunities to practice these things in their organizations.
