Movers are efficient because they only move They don't pack or unpack, that's extra Once the trailer was uloaded ASAP Pallets were taken to their zones Much like movers unloading the truck Placing the box in the designated room The furthest zones took 3 minutes to reach Meaning, it took 3 minutes to get back Hence, the round trip expectation of 6 minutes The runners needed to know Nobody had it easy during The Big Move Said a better way... Everybody was needed We had a couple of double jacks (8' forks) And 30 pallets per trailer At 3 pallets per trip (European pallets) Meaning it would take 1 double jack rider 60 minutes to stage a trailer of product By the correct storage type (ST Zone) Yeah... Dialed-in...
