Its not possible to make it work in CZ and SK... Back in the early days of Loxone CZ/SK, I often heard, "It's not possible." For three years, every piece of advice from industry insiders echoed this sentiment. But then, 2013 arrived and everything changed. 💥 We didn’t just enter the market – we dominated it, becoming the market leader. Our success wasn't a finish line; it was a springboard. 🏆 Fast forward to today, and the landscape looks entirely different. We're a team of 40 passionate professionals, led by Pavel Lískovec in CZ and Luboš Barborík in SK. From support and training to administration, marketing, and sales, our crew is a powerhouse, managing over 150 products. We tackle projects of all sizes, with confidence and expertise. Whether it's a small task or a massive endeavor, we know what we're doing. Watching my 'baby' grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. After almost a year and a half, as part of ZKTeco (ZKTeco Europe) as 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the time has come to close this chapter and, literally as explained in Spanish, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘡𝘒 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 to face new challenges. I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank the company and this position for everything they have offered me, although I have already personally thanked each of you for your part in my professional journey. Over this time, I've had the honor of working with an amazing group of professionals from whom I've learned not only about products, technologies, services, and the company's ecosystem, but also, I've gained invaluable 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴. Of course, it hasn't always been an easy road: like any experience, I've had my share of difficult moments, faced complex process, and overcome differences... But the lessons taken from each challenge, whether positive or not, are something I carry with me and greatly value. It's also true that, when challenges are faced with your colleagues and even friends, it always becomes more memorable. A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of spending a very fruitful working day with my team. A day in which we shared our goals for 2024, but mainly a day in which we revealed ourselves as people, before as professionals. I believe that knowing the passions, weaknesses, strengths and maps of the world of those who work with you is the fundamental key to building a winning team. A year full of challenges awaits us. It is in these situations that relying on each other, waiting on each other and being able to bring always out the utmost professionalism will make the difference. All these people have contributed significantly, day after day, to a successful season which we hope is just the starting point towards an even better tomorrow. How they did it? My guess is that a simple recipe has been the key factor. They asked themselves at every single small step "Am I doing the right thing?" and they never stuck their heads in the sand when the answer was “Maybe not”. They never said, not even once, "Who cares, just call it day". It is something that makes me proud of what we have built together.
