The truth is you don't need more leads to make more money. This is what so many business owners make the mistake of focusing on. You CAN grow your business quickly with fewer leads. To create this, you must focus on three things: relationship building, delivering high-quality work, and only saying yes to the clients who are right for your work. When you are intentional In these activities, money flows to you with ease. I created my own income model from my desire to choose HOW I live my life. I grew my design business to 250k years by getting specific on the work I wanted to do, who it best served, and WHY they wanted it. Then, by only saying yes to clients who were right for my work, I was able to stay intentional in only doing my best work. This also allowed me to continue to hone in on and expand the work I did for my clients. Instead of trying to find more clients, I positioned myself to do more for my existing clients. At the time, I called myself their external marketing department. I became an integral part of their team. A valued resource. And then, as I grew, I continued to refine. When I grew to the point that I'd achieved my goals. I rebuilt my business to suit my ideal lifestyle. Less clients, more of my purpose driven work. More conversations with existing clients who lit me up. (You know, those clients that make your day even if it wasn't off to a great start). Now, I work with clients to create these results in their businesses. Increasing their income while shifting their business to be in alignment with the lifestyle they desire. Having built this in my own service business, and now guiding others as a coach, it's easy for me to spot the obstacles that may be blocking you from having this, as well as how to make immediate shifts to achieve it. One client added 50% of her existing revenue to her monthly income by getting more specific on her services alone!
