I think the best companies can be measured by the friends you make when you work there. It has been amazing to catch up with former colleagues and great friends at SC Johnson and Pentland Brands. Brilliant to see Chris Scarpato, CFA and Brendan Rounds and Akers doing so well. Both business’s are great family businesses. #culture #values #familybusiness

If you are a single dad , the three biggest days in the UK for suicide are Christmas Day , a fathers birthday and child's birthday. Largely triggered by lack of access or contact on those days. I'm a single dad who has been determined and successful to get equal custody. Thankfully successful. Unfortunately I am the exception not the norm. Tomorrow is UK Father's Day and Samuel and I will be having an awesome day with other single dads and their children. However if you are a single dad and don't have access and you feel the "black dog " message me and I will try and respond.
