🚀 Reflecting on Resilience and Innovation at BAU 2025 The BAU München fair has always been a highlight for the construction world. 🏗️✨ It’s where two years of preparation culminate in one week of showcasing progress, celebrating innovation, and forging connections. This year, as I reflect on the fair, the image of Notre Dame under restoration comes to mind. The crane standing beside the iconic cathedral isn’t just a symbol of rebuilding—it’s a testament to resilience, innovation, and the delicate balance of preserving tradition while embracing progress. In many ways, it mirrors the story of our industry today. At BAU 2025, I was inspired not just by the products on display but by the people behind them: 🤝 The warm reunions with former colleagues, 💬 The conversations that sparked new ideas, and 🌟 The shared commitment to shaping a stronger, more sustainable future. Even my taxi driver offered a unique perspective. 🚕 While he noticed fewer visitors this year, he reminded me of the ebb and flow of industries and the importance of staying optimistic and adaptable. 💡 My takeaway? BAU isn’t just about innovation—it’s about the people and stories driving progress, much like the ongoing work at Notre Dame.
