“Climate is the existential crisis of our time. Young people understand that.” - Josh Fryday, California Volunteers, Chief Service Officer. GRID Alternatives' SolarCorps program was featured in the Los Angeles Times this week as an inaugural implementing partner in the Biden Administration's newly launched American Climate Corps (ACC). The ACC aims to mobilize the next generation of creators, thinkers, leaders, and doers, working together to tackle the climate crisis. To read more about Michelle Carranza's (one of our amazing current SolarCorps fellows) experience with the program, check out the article here: https://lnkd.in/eZAw32bF We are still recruiting for our next SolarCorps cohort, starting September this year.
