There is no limit on how much we can improve what we started with. In the past 3 months, Dora's beta was supposed to go live exclusively for the users on our waitlist, but we hit a roadblock, a third-party delivery provider affected a vital part of the infrastructure we have been developing for the past 7 months, I extensively spoke about this roadblock in a LinkedIn post (link: https://lnkd.in/d8hrpFjP) and also went ahead to hint on the team brainstorming and coming up with a solution. This was one of the exciting moments at Dora , our solution went through multiple layers of refinement to ensure that it meets the current demand while also positioning us for future aspirations of serving you better with little to no exposure. Our research shows that Delivery providers and other business owners have difficulty organizing, notifying, and accounting for how customer delivery requests are fulfilled because they are manually recorded, and not in real-time. Picture this, after making a delivery request from your local delivery company, and they send out one of their riders to fulfill the request, you will quickly lose knowledge of where your package is with the rider and how long it should take to get to you, even if you ask the local delivery company about it, they hesitate to tell you. They have no idea of the whereabouts of the rider or the package because they lack the tools to track and notify you as the customer. WhatsApp, pen, and paper have been a popular method of tracking delivery requests and activities, but they are both unreliable and ineffective methods. About our latest product, Dora helps local delivery companies and business owners quickly and easily manage unlimited number of customers' deliveries, notify customers of delivery status, and track delivery activity records. Dora will help foster the relationship between local delivery companies, businesses, and their customers, by communicating the whereabouts of their delivery package, while helping you manage unlimited number of delivery requests, your in-house riders, 3rd party riders, customers, and gain insight into your local delivery company's revenue.
