In the BURDI.eu project, optimising U-space airspace operations is key to establishing a resilient, efficient, and scalable framework for unmanned aircraft system (UAS) traffic management. 🌍🚁 To achieve this, we focus on: - Network Flow Management: Ensuring that UAS operations maintain consistent and secure network flow across controlled and uncontrolled airspace. - Capacity Management: Adjusting airspace capacity dynamically to meet traffic demands, minimising delays and enhancing efficiency. - Collaborative Traffic Management: Facilitating real-time communication and coordination among UAS operators, air traffic controllers, and relevant authorities. - Operational Protocols: Establishing clear protocols for arrival and departure procedures, emergency response, and disruptions management.
