Today I had the pleasure of delivering a Customer Validation workshop to the fantastic educators at Casey Tech School. We extended the conversation around the teaching of design thinking, prototyping, and explored the all-important skill of validating target customer groups in meaningful and impactful ways. Our discussions were incredibly productive, filled with practical insights and creative solutions for bringing these concepts to life in classrooms.
