Larry explores the cultural and biological significance of Yakamia Forest (under threat, of course), followed by a deeper discussion on how this is just one example of a much deeper, global issue. https://lnkd.in/gvEGUsRV

Looking for Inner Freedom? Voice Dialogue Master. Coach. Trainer. Relationship therapist. Speaker. voicedialogueworld.com
World Voices Although Voice Dialogue originated from the relationship between two people, Hal and Sidra Stone, and was primarily used for individuals and couples, we see that the method lends itself perfectly to understanding and transforming larger systems, such as teams, organizations and politics. For instance, we can describe political systems as power systems; who has power over who. The Voice Dialogue method makes clear that there is not only a power side, but there is also a vulnerable side. That vulnerable side of politics is generally not talked about. Since we’re missing that part most of the time, polarities are not easily solved. In a new episode of my podcast, I’m talking with Ozlem Sarioglu, MTP, PCC about the concept of World Voices. Ozlem created this concept out of the Voice Dialogue method, where she made the Voice Dialogue principles applicable for a larger system. Whether that is a team within an organization, a whole organization, a society, the world. So the power of Voice Dialogue stretches out from the individuals to larger systems. And imagine this: when we are able to see our own vulnerability and the vulnerability within other people and systems, we can overcome our differences, solve more conflicts and we can in the end reach world peace! Curious about World Voices? Just watch the video with Robert and Ozlem. https://lnkd.in/edugeuHk Enjoy!
