This week is National Apprenticeship Week. One of the most enjoyable parts of my role is to mentor trainees to achieve a professional qualification with the ICE. This week I joined the Technician Apprentice from my team in his meeting with the Skills Assessor from his University to review his progress and plan for the future. The Degree Apprentice from my team recently sat his End Point Assessment and is now waiting on his results🤞It was my privilege to be his Lead Sponsor and to support him in his preparation for the EPA/IEng review. #mentoring #apprenticeships #civilengineering
