😮 It was a first: this week, the iliad Group organized an international #Hackathon, with teams from all our entities in Europe! 🧠 Whether from Free, iliad Italia, PLAY, Tele2, ITrust, Scaleway, Free Pro or Redge Technologies, around 50 data and AI experts gathered at Free Pro's Marseille headquarters with one mission: to transform our #CustomerCare tools, all in 40 hours! 👉 Organized into teams mixing all entities, our experts worked night and day, to give their best and together, came up with the most innovative solutions, fueled by their individual expertise in #IA and #Data. 🏆 Chatbot, LLM, and other models: at the end of the hackaton, the most innovative solutions were rewarded by a jury composed of our Group executives and partners, with the aim of implementing them in our processes.
