As I sit at a Starbucks in my hotel lobby in Dallas, waiting for my room to be ready, I am excited for the week ahead. It is going to be one hell of an action packed week. I get to meet my entire team - Marketing, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal, and partners. Given that we hired quite a few people across the organization in the last quarter, it will be great to meet many of them for the first time face-to-face.
We will acknowledge the achievements we have all worked hard for this year (strong double digit YoY growth!) while maintaining very good profit margins. Then, we will shift our focus to 2024 and strategize on where growth will come from next year. We will discuss how we will continue to strengthen our hiring approach so that every incoming new hire raises the bar for the rest of us. We will analyze if we are targeting the right verticals. We will scale our go-to-market with cross-collaborative POD sales team, so we will dive deep into how to operationalize successful POD teams. We will discuss ways to launch a new demand-gen flywheel to target the right Ideal Customer Profiles across verticals with the right message, via the right channels, to increase top-of-funnel and drive better lead conversions. We will discuss ways to grow our average deal size and focus areas to minimize churn. Last, but not least, we will discuss how to embed "taking moonshots" into our DNA - take calculated risks, rapidly test, learn, build new businesses, and deploy high margin new product offerings for the next 5 years that create market differentiation for us.
To quote Conor McGregor: "We are not here to take part. We are here to take over!"
So buckle up Forte! It's going to be an action packed week, and I can't wait!
