"This gentleman was tasked with making sure the GRO Parade of Homes, all four houses, were maintained perfectly for the show and he absolutely did a great job with his team. He communicated with pictures of problems, let me know right away, we fixed those problems with renovation. The communication aspect of it was flawless. Him and his team did such a great job that we actually got a yearly contract for maintenance services which is a huge victory for GRO and a huge victory for him as a leader. "This individual is relatively new to GRO, I've been really impressed with him. He's bounced around from crew to crew and I've heard nothing but great things from his foremen. Every time I show up to a job site I notice he's always working hard, moving fast, and doing what he needs to do to get the job done. "I nominated this individual who is fairly new to GRO. Since Joining GRO he has just put his head down and continued working non stop. And not just in the Builder Services division, but also Renovations and Landscape Management as well. No matter what task we give him, he does it. The foreman has had nothing but great things to say about him and how he's helped him complete his jobs on time and at GRO standards. "This gentleman is responsible some of the HOAs that we maintain, there are over a hundred homes in each of them. In the winter season we don't have weekly service, we have biweekly service and with the enhancement division we have to put down pre-emergent and mulch so its really important to get the beds clean, all the moss, all the weeds, all the pruning done with less visits. The communication between me and this foreman, and him with his team, making sure everything gets done, going over the maps, making sure enhancements does well with their services, making sure our customers are happy was all done perfectly this winter. "This month, for the Employee of the Month, we nominated a whole group of employees for their work out in the field during the snow storm. They had great attitudes and came in every day just ready to go." -Manager Jason K. "This group of individuals went above and beyond throughout the snow storm. Their was a smaller group, in my truck, and we saw a lady go into a ditch. We pulled over, the guys hopped out of the truck right away. We were able to push her out and get her on her way super quickly and safely. The manager thought it would take a couple days but this individual was able to knock it out in one day.
