Are you asking for 20 pieces of data to schedule an appointment, or just the 4 you really need? 🤔 During our implementations, we often push back on practices and ask, "What do you actually need to know?" Consider this: First and last name, email, date of birth, and insurance status. These are the essentials for making an appointment. Gather additional information later when you have more time or if the patient is willing. But remember, requiring too much too soon can deter potential patients before they’re engaged with your practice. 💬 What’s your take? How much information should be required at the initial appointment stage? #PatientEngagement #DentalPractice #OraDental #HealthcareInnovation #PatientExperience

Great points here, April! Gathering minimal detail up front is great as long as you’re not asking for it a second or third time downstream. It would be ideal to have enough to kick off a 270 ☺️
