I've been doing research on sales statistics in Senior Living to try and continue to support communities increase occupancy. Here are a just a few takeaways: 1. You're > 300% more likely to convert a lead if you reach out to an inbound in under 1 minute of inquiry. #speedtolead 2. It can take about 25 touch points before a prospective resident and/or family makes a decision. ✅ Stay on top of them. Use automation for check ins. Use your CRM and keep it clean to know exactly when to reach out and what to say next ✅ 3. 90% of residents are in the gathering information phase. It can take up to 18 months for them to make a decision. ✅ Staying in front of them and top of mind is crucial for conversion in the future ✅ 4. 70% of senior living and care consumers will call during the consumer journey and 60% of tours are scheduled due to an inbound call #pickupyourphone 5. Continuously work on increasing your online reviews. 71% of consumers would not consider using a business if their reviews are under 3 stars.
