These are the five strategies we used to scale this new DTC collagen brand’s revenue from $0/month to over $23k/month in 60 days. 1. A high-conversion landing page with a 50% off + Free Gift offer, besting all the biggest competitors, making it a no-brainer to buy from us. 2. Optimizing their product pages for subscriptions 3. Using UGC reviews in the Product and Landing pages 4. Using advertorials as a top-of-funnel strategy to leverage those lost cost keywords on Google to acquire new customers 5. Exploring specific angles for different audiences: since collagen has several benefits, separating those benefits into categories such as “Beauty” and “Mobility” and then focusing on the benefits that are attractive to people looking for collagen for those reasons made it much easier for us to grab the attention of these audiences. And with that, the brand’s revenue is growing at 94% per month.
