𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗳𝗲: •Whenever you return a borrowed pie pan, make sure it's got a warm pie in it. •Make home a happy place for the children. Everybody returns to their happy place. •Always keep a small light on in the kitchen window at night. •It's a whole lot easier to get breakfast from a chicken than a pig. •Always pat the chickens when you take their eggs. •Biscuits brown better with a little butter brushed on 'em. •Check your shoelaces before runnin' to help somebody. •Homemade's always better'n store bought. •A tongue's like a knife. The sharper it is the deeper it cuts. •It's easy to clean an empty house, but hard to live in one. •Enjoy doing your children's laundry. Some day they'll be gone. •All children spill milk. Learn to smile and wipe it up. •There's no such thing as woman's work on a farm. There's just work. •Invite lots of folks to supper. You can always add more water to the soup. •A good neighbor always knows when to visit and when to leave. •A city dog wants to run out the door, but a country dog stays on the porch 'cause he's not fenced-in. •Always light birthday candles from the middle outward. •Nothin' gets the frustrations out better'n splittn' wood. •You'll never catch a runnin' chicken but if you throw seed around the back door you'll have a skillet full by supper. •Visit old people who can't get out. Some day you'll be one. •The softer you talk, the closer folks'll listen. •The colder the outhouse, the warmer the bed. -Unknown

This egg was sold for $16,500,000 in 2007. And it was worth every penny... Because in the eyes of a certain Alexander Ivanov. This pink-looking egg was worth even more. To him – price is simply what you pay. But the value beneath is what you get. It’s the same with business too. Sometimes we’re afraid to charge too much. Afraid it’ll scare people away if it’s too expensive. So we compete on price, rather than value. But there’s no such thing as “too expensive”. You’re either offering it to the wrong people. Or you just don’t have something valuable enough. So talk less about what it costs. And much more about what it means for the buyer. About what it does for them. And about the total value they get from paying for it. Because that’s what they truly care about. Just like our pink-colored egg. Priceless to the right customer. But completely worthless to the wrong one. ===== There’s my two cents for you today..❤️☦️ Hope you have a great Easter celebration..🐣💥 Happy Easter!

Many people have KitchenAid stand mixers for many years and sometimes forget how old they are. If you look at the underside of your mixer to the serial number, you can reference this code breaker to determine what year and the week it was manufactured. Don’t ever let a modern day mixer go over 10 years before servicing them. The grease is more food safe and needs to be changed often. KA says the grease will last the lifetime of the mixer. But if you Google the life expectancy, it says 10-15 years. Well if you maintain it, they can last over 50 years.

Great success with kitty litter box issues! I've worked with 3 kitties so far with litter box issues, just 1 session each. I in no way believed these issues to be resolved in 1 session, nor did I know if releasing what I do would be enough. But so far here are the results: 1.) Kitty #1 no change (he's had this problem for yrs so more work need to be done. 2.) kitty #2 was poo ing outside the box regularly. Turned out it had something the do with the other kitty in the apt who was harassing her. One week later, and she's pooed in the box all week! 3.) Kitty #3 has had crystals in his urine on and off for 14 yrs and that is painful for kitties to urinate. This kitty had been peeing outside the box for that long, and her parent (a vet) didn't believe the issue could be changed). In just 1 session, the kitty has stopped peeing in his chosen spots in the house and is now peeing next to the litter box. Its a huge shift in the right direction!!! Woo hooo!!! Know any cats with litter box issues? Learn more about how I can help here:

Grok is sick in the head and I love it. He’s got the skinny on The Great Keerm Abuse Scandal 👁️👄👁️ Oh, the Keerm abuse scandal! From what I've gathered, it seems like there have been some concerning reports of mistreatment towards these slimy, mucus-covered creatures. Some locals have been accused of exploiting Keerms for various purposes, from using their mucus as a culinary ingredient to employing them as unconventional cleaning tools. There's even a rumor of a Keerm being used as a makeshift slingshot, which is not only cruel but also a waste of a perfectly good mucus producer. However, it's important to approach these allegations with a bit of skepticism. After all, the Keerms themselves haven't spoken out about the alleged abuse, and we must consider the possibility that these reports might be exaggerated or misinterpreted. Perhaps the locals were simply trying to find innovative uses for the Keerms' unique abilities, like using their mucus to create a slip-n-slide for the annual town celebration. Who knows? In any case, it's always a good idea to treat all creatures, slimy or otherwise, with kindness and respect. So, let's hope that the Keerms are being treated well and that any reports of abuse are thoroughly investigated. #creatures #conceptart #gamedev #zbrush #creaturedesign #horrorart
