Every agency should be able to run at 20% profitability on a consistent basis. But as agency owners, sometimes we get in our own way and become the bottleneck to our agency growth. For this week’s solocast, I’m breaking down the five biggest things agency owners do to stifle their agency’s growth. Whether it’s not being able to get out of the day-to-day operations, or not trusting what your numbers are telling you, these are all things most agency owners encounter at least once while growing and scaling the business. The good news — you’re not alone. These five issues are very common. The bad news — they can be a tough pill to swallow and difficult to course correct once you realize what’s happening. This episode will give you a detailed guide to recognizing these common patterns and behaviors for agency owners and what to do to get your agency back on the path to growth and profitability. https://bit.ly/3AIaRKb [Sponsored by White Label IQ: https://bit.ly/3abMMrU]

🚦In this recap video of 'Digital Strategy' from my YouTube series, I flesh-out the action-steps for what's ahead for the channel. 🎞️I take my audience into a visual breakdown of the way that my ideas came to life through content and planning, from its inception into future events and options. I use this video to guide viewers into short briefings about my projects, and blend it together with animations and story-telling. I wanted to show some of my knowledge and experience with social media and organize our online community with fun things around it outside of just watching or following along. This video starts an introductory-theme of activities known as 'Tech Wars, which is an assortment of events, activities and community building possibilities. The title of the video in context with the material is as transparent and safe as I could engineer a shared report of the agenda for people to get behind and see things they might stick-around for. It was my way of demonstrating avenues that l'd be able to convey value, enjoyment, experience and entertainment for an audience of people. My strategy was logical: • Lay out the groundwork for more people to join, help, watch and be involved. Call the entire thing 'Tech Wars', until it's ready to launch at capacity. 📼Catch the full episode on my YouTube channel at Mark DellaPenna Jr. 🚀Follow Digital Business Traffic to support a small business dream, join a creative community and make more business! #Business #CreativeMediaAgency #BrandStory #DigitalBusinessTraffic
