Friendly reminder that nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve been fortunate to connect with many people that I look up to. Not one person: → Has it all figured out. → Always has the right answer. → Knows with certainty what’s next. → Fills their time only doing things they love. → Feels like they manage time effectively every day. The only difference is that these unknowns never stopped them from trying. And trying. And trying. And trying. Sometimes progress doesn’t feel like it has a direction. Keep going anyways. ----- ✍️ What’s your take on this? ♻️ Reshare if you agree.

Tyler Suomala, I believe the absolute of "no idea" needs to be edited. As stated in your text "All", "Always ", "Certainty" are in premise of complete. We live and work in grey areas, not all missing and not all full. My gained knowledge through years of experience has given me confidence in my professional world. Yet, I continue to bring others together for information, inspiration, fresh ideas, etc. Collaboration provides opportunities for shared growth and expanded knowledge. It allows for members to share strengths and build new skills at the same time. I imagine there will be more people out that that have an idea of what they're doing, just need support and confidence. My two cents. Br, Eddie

Yes you do, you just don’t know it!

It's comforting to know that even those we look up to have faced similar challenges and uncertainties on their journey. What matters most is the resilience to keep pushing forward and trying, despite the ambiguity 🙌

Tyler Suomala this is a key observation. We speak to our clients about the transformation from ‘technician’ to ‘leader’ that they all must undergo when they become a practice leader or owner. No more being the ‘expert’ with all the answers. Leading involves, living the grey (not so much black & white), coaching not telling and most of all being prepared to be vulnerable.

Is it wrong to find this insightful 💡😂
