Hiring manager You are a busy person with an extra job*: Hiring. Have you ever heard someone say, “My favorite part of my job is when we are already understaffed AND I have the added responsibility of hiring someone?” Didn’t think so. How does hiring work?🤔 The person who takes on the hiring manager role (or gets it thrust at them) usually is not taught how to do it well. For a first-time hiring manager, this role is frustrating and stressful.
