Encore une fois! Together with my colleague Sabrina Rak, I had the pleasure to represent a client of GRÜNECKER at an oral hearing before the General Court of the EU. The dispute is quite complex and comprises several different cases pending with the General Court that were all discussed in today‘s hearing. We are looking forward to the Court’s decisions!
