The recent three-day face-to-face in Madrid with the International Markets leadership team was nothing short of inspiring. We took a step back to reflect on our journey so far, including 3+ years of continuous growth, and set our sights on what’s to come. The energy in the room was contagious as we mapped out our key milestones, sparking dynamic conversations. What really stood out was the passion and drive from everyone in the room. It was more than just aligning on our business and our part in Teva Pharmaceuticals' #PivotToGrowth strategy - it was about reconnecting with one another, reigniting our collective purpose, and getting excited about the path ahead.
