Label Numbering is a tedious task for all Pharma Label Printers. It often creates a bottle neck in the process of label manufacturing. Moreover, mistakes can occur very easily in this process. To tackle this issue, we have developed an inspection system which works with the Inkjet printer & performs "Print & Verify". The inkjet printer will print serial numbers on the backside of the labels in 8 ups / tracks & a single camera will inspect the numbers printed on the backside of all the 8 ups immediately after printing. This inspection system enables you to print serial numbers on the backside of Pharma Labels without worrying about mistakes. This process can be clubbed with the slitting process on the slitting machine so that 2 processes can be done in one go. By doing this, you can simply dispatch the labels right after the slitting process. No need to do the numbering separately or perform manual checking of the serial numbers. What's more?
