In today's dynamic business landscape, leaders need to recognize the importance of a more human-centric approach. "The Trifecta of Trust" by Joe Folkman is one of the best business books I have read (and I have read a lot of them). The author breaks down the sources of the non-obvious phenomenon of trust into prime factors and - using empirical data - provides the reader with valuable tips and inspiring conclusions on how to effectively build and regain trust (if it has been lost). Trust is one of the key resources needed to achieve peak performance in teams. Therefore, you cannot remain indifferent to such valuable reading. The real magic happens in the strategy room! When everyone is involved in strategic sessions, motivation soars toward achieving company goals. Amidst AI challenges and the pandemic's impact on focus and survival, the marketing landscape has evolved significantly. I believe AI should be seen as a tool rather than a replacement for human roles. Moreover, ensuring the entire organization comprehends and aligns with the strategy fuels excitement and commitment within teams.
