I'm thrilled that this report has finally been published! I'm grateful for the opportunity to Project Manage this phase of the evaluation of the Future Leaders Fellowship scheme and to learn from the resident evaluations guru @DrBillyBryan. We used a bespoke combination of analytical approaches consisting of comparator analysis, case studies and process mapping, drawing from data collected from key informant interviews, FLF management information analysis and document review. I'm so proud of the brilliant Research Assistants who worked ever so hard under my purview Chryssa Politi and Michelle Fangqi Qu and of @guiliamaistrello who took over PM-ing so seamlessly when I left (to the standards set by the legendary Joe Francombe during his time at RAND). I find the ( unexpected) transferability of skills and experiences mind-blowing. Who would have thought months down the line, on literally the other side of the world (Cambridge ➡ Canberra) that I'd be contributing to discussions on business process mapping and drawing from my experience managing the evaluation of a £900m scheme when setting and leading the #responsibleai agenda at the AI and Cyber Futures Institute @AICF Charles Sturt University! It brings to mind something I learnt in the potent practice of Kundalini yoga - the illusion of separation and the notion of prana being something we all share - you're inhaling someone's exhales from molecules that passed through leaves and clouds and - I digress ... 😂 Read the report and contact Billy if you want to know more about the FLF scheme, and the next phases of this UKRI-commissioned study. #evaluation #researchmethods #processdesign #projectmanagement

Where might we be better placed within the system to change what we want to change? 🤝 𝘖𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 – Drawing focus to the collective; exploring the opportunities for cross-sector & cross-systems experimentation, facilitating social change in new ways, and collectively problem-solving through practices, such as peer coaching and action learning. 🌱 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘳 – Collaborative real-world testing of the hypotheses that have emerged from this collective, creative exploration.
