The Vicmarc Vacuum Cups are precisely machined from cast aluminium. Each Vacuum Cup includes two neoprene seals for internal or external pickups. They can be used with any of the our Rotating Unions. Rotating Unions, V01216 and V01217 can mount directly onto the Vacuum Cup, as shown below. Alternatively a VM90/100 Insert can be mounted to the Vacuum Cup and then screwed directly to the spindle. When install the shaft cavity liner, the oil hole should aim at oil eye. 3. When install the screen, the screen ring should attach to the inner of the chamber shoulder, or the ring will be broken when the door closes. 4.The detailed size of the screen should be according to the specification of the inner screen shoulder. We use Rockcheck brand SWRH82B wire rods as the raw material. Firstly, we will do surface treatment for removing oxide layer. Then, the wire is drawn through 9 pieces wire-drawing machines, and select wires with similar physical properties for twisting. Thermal stabilization treatment is carried out to eliminate stress. Finally, the PC strands are wound into coils and evenly arranged. The head and tail of each coil are tested, then packaged with plastic film and woven fabric.
