Customer Relations Manager

Hiring kind people with positive attitude is better than hiring negative people with experience.

I believe having a positive attitude in the workplace can help with potential promotions. Employers promote employees who not only produce, but also motivate others in the workplace.

Sorry but this will not be considered everywhere! I know Negative people who had experience but zero attitude despite my complaints HR told me you are not the first one to report but unfortunately HR didnt renew my contract but their contract renewed for long term. So i dont believe in this
