Hey, Physical Therapist “Employees” who “dream” of their own practice… How long will you let fear stop you? If I asked you to design your perfect career on paper….how many of you would write: 1.) See multiple patients at the same time. 2.) Earn, Accrue, and Request 3-4 weeks of time off (out of an entire year) to enjoy your family time and vacations. 3.) Be pushed to bill a certain number of units. 4.) Be so swamped with documentation and administrative burden that patient care is always a rush job. 5.) “Maybe” get a 2.5-5% annual raise and watch compensation grow at a snails pace for entire career.

Why am I working 3 jobs as a new grad Physical Therapist Assistant? ✅ Diverse Experience: Working in various specialties allows me to gain a broad range of experience and become versatile and well-rounded. ✅ Skill Development: Exposure to different patient populations and treatment interventions helps develop a wide array of techniques that can be double-dipped into different specialties. ✅ Enhanced Learning: Each specialty offers unique challenges and learning experiences. This diversity in practice deepens my clinical understanding and provides real-life application. ✅ Adaptability: Working in various settings helps me become more adaptable and resilient, and pushes me to handle a variety of clinical situations with confidence. ✅ Patient-Centered Care: Understanding different aspects of patient care through various specialties leads to more holistic and patient-centered treatment approaches, ultimately improving my patients’ outcomes. I chose physical therapy because of my passion for patient outcomes and continuous opportunities for growth. 💡Providing quality patient care is more than just going through the motions- it is achieved by consistently challenging myself and stepping out of my comfort zone. I may be busy, but I love what I do! 🥳 #PhysicalTherapistAssistant #NewGrad #PatientOutcomes #ContinuingEducation

Now hiring! With an uptick in requests for weekend appointments and occasional need for coverage for things like vacation and sick time, I'm looking for our third physical therapist interested in joining the team who has that availability. I'm biased, but I think it's a pretty cool opportunity 😜 Requirements: 🔥Sport/Performance Background 🔥Self-Motivated 🔥Strong Manual Skills (dry needling, IASTM, cupping, etc.) 🔥Strong Drive for Corrective Exercise and Weightlifting What You Get: 🔥Access to Our Office Inside of @themotionfitness and Use of Associated Equipment 🔥Mentorship 🔥Surrounding Personal Trainers and Coaches Who Are the Best of the Best 🔥Top Notch Pay 🔥Unlimited Time Off Here's the deal: If I'm hiring you, I know you're legit and I know what you're worth. I'm gunna pay you that. I purposefully do not have an experience requirement here because I *know* how strong new grads can be and am willing to hire someone new to the field if I know they're the right fit! That said, we are a cash pay clinic which means you HAVE to know your stuff and be comfortable treating and educating for one hour time slots and that isn't *always* a new grad. In an ideal world, you'd be comfortable hosting things like workshops or hopping into events to market your services. I do *not* care if you have another job on top of this, I know the level of care we provide here and because of that I'm not worried about "competition". This job could be used as a way to supplement a different position, a part-time position just for extra income, or a way to test the waters on cash pay (no, you won't sign a non-compete - I want your success just as much as you do). While it would start with you making your own schedule on the weekends, there's room to grow if things are going well and you're looking for more hours. You'd also have the opportunity to squeeze in more time when current staff is out on vacation, pick up clients last minute if we're out sick, or grab early morning/evening spots on a PRN basis. You're in charge of your schedule so you decide what works. Minimum commitment is 20 hours/month. E-Mail me your resume: rachel@synthesisphysicaltherapy.com

If you are an athletic trainer at any point in your career & are tired of not being over worked & under paid, have no work life harmony, or are just plain burnt out, take a look at the industrial setting!! The leadership of the NATA has done a huge injustice to its membership by not promoting, pushing, & making its members aware of all the benefits of this setting. There is a VITAL need for our services in these places. For too long we have been blinded by the care of children. Calling for an AT in every high school is an unrealistic pipe dream. Leaving our salaries in the hands of administrators who truly have no clue what we are capable of as allied highly trained medical professionals hoping that salary surveys will change it is the definition of insanity. The parents of these children who are working in industries across the nation are being chewed up & spit out. It’s time for the NATA & its membership to focus on an area of need that can put an end to useless & meaningless salary surveys & 100 hour work weeks. Briotix Health helped me rediscover a love for a profession that I was burnt out from. Appreciation, compensation, harmony w/my life & the ability to NOT have to sell your soul to do what you love REACH OUT! I’m more than happy to help answer any questions.
We are hiring Industrial Sports Medicine Professionals, Ergonomists, and Physical Therapists accross the United States (plus some international opportunities)! Check all locations and positions on our careers site ➡️ https://bit.ly/3xLxgVS
