I had a wonderful time at the Business & Beyond conference in Melbourne with Nadia Neocli. Here are some key takeaways from this inspiring event: - Joseph McCleddon III delivered several powerful messages, one being that will power and motivation is temporary - CHANGE in how you think is the answer. - John Lee spoke at length about AI and how it has become an indispensable tool for business. I found this topic very interesting and immediately thought of ways in which I could implement AI into my business, CoTheory. Automating tasks like recording meeting minutes and creating project workflows are just the tip of the iceberg, and I have since set a goal to research and invest in AI capabilities within the next 6-12 months. - Roxy Jacenko’s philosophy on building relationships resonated with me, as well as her comments about the difference between being transparent and emotional and to always have seeing eyes when it comes to trends in the market, aka “the next big thing”. - JT Foxx enlightened me with the concept of ‘non-refundable minutes’ and reminded me that there are no shortcuts to success, in fact, he specifically mentioned that any one of us is one phone call or email away from a business changing moment and building that relationship from the very beginning is the most important thing that matters. - I enjoyed Mark Bouris giving us an insight into the fundamentals of his course “Playbook for Success” and his view on building your business to the highest level - as if it’s up for sale. I am enthusiastic about participating in upcoming Success Resources events to acquire additional insights from seasoned entrepreneurs and innovators. This is particularly valuable in the initial stages of my business venture, where I am eager to absorb new knowledge and apply innovative concepts within CoTheory.

There are partners and then there are GREAT partners. This is what I’ve learnt throughout the years running the service department in Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. What IS the difference? #GREAT partners you can: -Always rely on -Can be sure that what you’ve agreed will be delivered -Can turn to even out of business hours (in case you really really need to) -Never compromise on quality. Lesson learnt: do not take for granted great collaboration partners. How to make the difference between just good collaborators and great? That’s a question I haven’t figure out the fast-track. Just trying out multiple times and within different projects. If you have a fast-track idea, please let me know ;) Throughout October I will share takeaways from my journey as partnership builder in Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
