💡Our first GED division training of the year was a blast! Today, we had the privilege of hosting Ee Charissa, our Strengths Coach, who guided us through our CliftonStrengths profiles. This experience has not only deepened our understanding of ourselves but also shed light on the dynamics within our team. 🎭One thing that really struck a chord with me was Charissa's revelation that our strengths can also be our kryptonite, especially when they're still in their infancy phase. For example, a Relator in its early stages may come across as unfriendly or clique-ish, but as it matures, it fosters trust and genuine connections. It’s not just about racking up the number of classes—it’s about the number of times you showed up for yourself, especially on those tough-as-nails days when it would’ve been easier to stay home. 💪 In full transparency, this is a new program for us, so I KNOW many of you have some incredible achievements waiting to be celebrated! Now, here’s something super special I want to highlight—this amazing crew is made up of brand-new members, Yourh Girls, AND some of my OG day-one girls who’ve been with me since before I even had a proper system in place. Proud to share that our team secured a rank of 155 in the Amazon ML Challenge, starting strong but facing an unexpected turn on the final day. 📉 From holding rank 18, we saw a surge of new team submissions jump from 300 to 2700+ in just the last hours! While this sudden shift was devastating and unbelievable, we’re still incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and problem-solving skills we demonstrated throughout the competition. 💪 Sometimes the results don’t reflect the effort, but the journey itself has been a tremendous learning experience, and we’ve grown both as individuals and as a team.
