I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received over the past six months. I have been repeatedly sent defective parts of an old TV that is not even functioning. Despite this, I have been charged Rs. 5,000, of which Rs. 2,700 was taken as an advance. Over these six months, your company has caused immense frustration not only to me but also to my family. Despite numerous calls (well over 100) from your side, there has been no proper follow-up or resolution of the issue. This lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I would like to understand why I should not pursue legal action against your company for mental harassment and fraud. You have cheated me by sending old and defective parts, all of which I have documented through video evidence. It is shocking to witness such behavior from a company of your size and reputation. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to inform the market about the fraudulent and negligent practices of your company, which clearly does not value its customers
