So the moment of truth of customer delight can be created when the company having competent and motivated field service engineer who can give extraordinary service experience to customers through his technical skill and soft skill during attending customer premises for resolutions of customers issues and replying subsequent different queries coming from customers during course of actions. To build up competent and motivated field team from my experiences I learn finding out role models from the lot is the most important role of a service manager . The role model service engineer surprisingly worked as catalyst to create multiple role models which gives ripple effect to create multiple role models which ultimately helps fetch customer delight and good potential for future generations service manager as well.
